The new improved Keurig lacks nothing. Temperature choice, strength choice, ounce choice! Finally, a home coffee maker to rival any coffee shop!! Excellent customer service, also. K-Supreme Plus is the best!
I purchased my K-Supreme coffee maker about 6 months ago and It stopped working. Called Keurig and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was covered under warranty and that they would be sending a new one. I love this new coffee maker as I loved the old one, it makes great coffee and I love the customizable button which also makes it so fast. Thank you.
I purchased a K-Supreme Plus last year. It is in a seasonal home so was used for 6 months and then sat for 6 months. When I returned and tried to make coffee it was totally dead. I was about a week past a year of ownership and figured I was out of luck. Keurig was very gracious, honored the warranty and sent me a brand new replacement coffee maker. I love the machine and now, thanks to good, understanding service, I’m a true fan of the Keurig company. And best of all, it only took one phone call from me and then one email to send pictures of my receipt. Could not have been easier.
