I bought this coffeemaker about a month ago. I like the features of being able to select 4 oz to 12 oz cups. I especially like the large water tank with a handle! This Keurig heats and pours coffee in a flash!

This was a replaced model. I wanted to send it back, but was refused. The one I had smelled like swamp water. I descaled once with your tech and once by myself and still smellled. It came from the machine not the holder.

We have had 6 Keurigs but this by far is the best. With the new brewing system the coffee has a better taste. Truly pleased with it as we have been with those in the past.
