I love this coffee brewer and was disappointed when it stopped brewing. I was pleased that it was still under warranty and had no hassle whatsoever with customer service. I had the replacement within 3 days. I will always recommend Keurig.
I love this coffee maker. I purchased one last year and 5 days before the warranty ran out it stopped working. I called Keurig, let them know, and 4 days later a brand new coffee maker arrived. Very very happy with this experience and happy with Keurig’s customer support.

We are on our 3rd Keurig and giving up. Everything starts out great, love the design and features but there is a function defect. After a few months the amount of coffees that brews starts to decrease. We descale and follow the directions but we get less coffee the longer we use it. There’s a flaw somewhere which is a shame because it was the perfect fit in our small kitchen.
I’m very impressed with your customer support for troubleshooting and replacement of my coffee machine. Excellent product. I’m on my 3rd generation machine and like it a lot for good coffee with very quick startup and dispensing time, which is almost instantaneous.
If I could give the coffee maker no stars I would. Had it less then 6 months an the lights stop working . Could not to make coffee. It also started to have a burning smell. This was a give from family they were so embarrassed. They did send me a new one but we have not used it yet.the 1st one we had lasted 12 years . It finally broke . That the reason we needed a new one
I love the coffee brewer. Always have had Keurig machines since kcups started and love the products. Needed a replacement that was under warranty and customer service was excellent.
