I’m so glad I purchased this new machine. Started off a bit shaky with a defective machine but Keurig was great and replaced it. Live the 3 personal settings and new look.
I’ve owned the Supreme Plus for almost a year, (thankfully my first one was covered by the one year warranty). My new one works just like the old one - consistently turning out great coffee every day.
I purchased this Keurig in September and when I was cleaning the system, the machine just stopped. I checked my breakers as I thought perhaps I blew a fuse. The intake was excellent, the 4 stars was that I had to call to follow up if they received my photo of the serial number, a photo of my purchase and a photo with my home address. I waited a week and made the follow up call. The person who helped me the second time was great. I shared with him that I was disappointed that I had to call to see what the status was with my information. He assured me that I should get my replacement within 7 days ~ and I was very happy to get it. It was not fun having instant coffee.....
The Supreme Plus is the best Keurig yet. Use it many times daily fir coffee, tea, hot choc. The footprint is much smaller than older models. Looks attractive on kitchen counter. Love this Keurig!
