My other machine broke. It was less than 1 year old. With no questions asked, Keurig made sure I am a lifetime customer. They sent me a new replacement coffee maker. Then followed up to make sure I am happy. This is my third coffee maker I have purchased from them. I am a happy customer!
This is the second time Keurig replaced my coffee maker. I love most features on this unit, the auto on when lid lifted and the choice of settings but the descale feature rarely works and overheats the unit. The descale has only worked once even when following the tutorial on the web. Hope they fix by deleted this feature and just send an email reminding users of the need to descale.
Brewing time almost twice our older model. Coffee quality about the same. Also, descaled as directed and unit began to smoke and became unbearably hot. Thought it was going to catch fire. Keurig replaced under warranty...have yet to plug in the new one....went back to our older model which still works fine.
This is our 4th Keurig coffee maker. Our 2.0 is still faithful (and we keep it as a back-up), but we bought the Supreme K model because of its smaller profile. Unfortunately, our first one stopped working, but Keurig has an excellent warranty and they replaced the machine. The replacement stopped working after almost a year, but again Keurig replaced it. Hopefully, the current brewer will last longer because it makes great coffee. My only complaint is that it spurts out droplets at the end of the brewing cycle and we end up with a speckled countertop.
