Our old machine was acting up, so we took the plunge and upgraded. So glad we did. The coffee DOES taste better, and it takes up less counter space. Easier to fill too. Love it!

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I have no complaints about it. It's not very loud but it's also not whisper quiet. Very easy to use and very happy with the "over ice" option.
Wanted to update my current machine to the K-Supreme Plus and could not be happier. Much quieter and the new features allows me to customize my coffee. Looks great and makes good coffee, what more could you ask?

Great When it Works

This could be a great coffee maker. I like the big reservoir and multi-stream brewing. I also like the ability to customize your brew and the ice coffee setting.
However, all those positives does not make up for the fact that I've had to replace the brewer four times in the 12 months I've owned it. Keurig has been great giving me a new one each time, but it's a huge pain doing so. That means each one is only lasting months when they should last for years. Too bad on such a nice machine. A higher priced model such as this should last longer.

Needed to figure out how to se as information was not included. However I especially love the temp and strength options. And the instant next brew without waiting to heat.

Wore out our last Keurig. We just wanted a single serve that'd also do travel mugs, including iced coffee. No carafe or other seldom used features (for us anyway). So this model's perfect. Like that it has a large reservoir, the level of which is visible from the front, and its handle is handy. And like that it makes many serving sizes (from 4 to 12 ounces). The stainless steel cladding looks great and it goes with our kitchen appliances. We've had many Keurigs over the years.
