We like the fact that we can choose a large 12 oz cup of coffee and can regulate its strength and temp!

This will be my 4th replacement. The last replacement lasted 30 days. I am very disappointed with Keurig, I will not purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our old machine was acting up, so we took the plunge and upgraded. So glad we did. The coffee DOES taste better, and it takes up less counter space. Easier to fill too. Love it!

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I have no complaints about it. It's not very loud but it's also not whisper quiet. Very easy to use and very happy with the "over ice" option.
Wanted to update my current machine to the K-Supreme Plus and could not be happier. Much quieter and the new features allows me to customize my coffee. Looks great and makes good coffee, what more could you ask?
