Received this from Keurig as a replacement for our previous machine that quit working. We absolutely loved the machine that quit for the taste of the brew and the ease of using the machine. We were thrilled when Keurig sent us the replacement. Once again my husband can enjoy his favorite pod and brew. Thank you Keurig!!!
I bought this back in May and really didn't begin to use it until October as I was away for the summer. When I started to use it, some of the features didn't work. I called for assistance and when we still couldn't get them to work, Keurig sent me a new machine. I'm happy to say all is well and I'm very pleased with the ability to adjust the strength and heat level plus save them to 3 profiles. Very pleased with the product and customer service.
I bought a K-Supreme Plus in May of 2021. Unfortunately, after I descaled it’s in October, it stopped working. Just went out completely. I sent pictures and the serial # and within about 10 days, I had a new machine. The new ones working like a charm.
