This was a replacement for one which stopped working after light use. This one stopped working after the second cup. Actually, the display never worked. It doesn't really deserve even a 1 rating because it doesn't work.
Smaller foot print takes less room and a lot of features. We like the temperature settings and numerous cup sizes, Able to set three favorites is nice. We had our original k-supreme plus quit working and after a call to customer service and some trouble shooting they decided to send a replacement with a new warranty. Great customer service.
We bought our Keurig back in July and it worked great. Then one day it just would not turn on. We contacted Keurig, explained the issue, sent in the information they requested and had a replacement Keurig within days. It was so good to see a company stand behind their product.
instant hot coffee, great flavor, you can fine tune to your preferences, no unwanted grounds floating about, good warranty service if you do have a problem, I enjoyed a Keurig classic for more than 10 years before I up graded
I got my K Supreme plus coffee make as a replacement under warranty. Which was a great experience by the way, customer support was so helpful. I love my coffee maker, I makes the best tasting coffee ever.
