This is now my 3rd keruig machine this same model it keeps burning out. I don’t use it excessively, or use anything not approved by keruig and it still over heats and is now not responsive or working. Very disappointing.
We had an issue with our K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker 6 months after purchasing the unit. I reached out to Keurig and they responded immediately by sending a new replacement unit all hassle free.
I bought my Keurig in 4/21 and it simply stopped working one day. The top notch team at Keurig troubleshot the unit and realized it was done for it. No worries, new one on the way and delivered promptly, simply toss the old unit. Also recieved a couple nice boxes of pods for no charge! Nice job Keurig, thank you!
