I bought this product a few months ago. It suddenly stopped working. I called the help center who was extremely helpful. They assessed the problem and sent out a replacement at no charge.
My Keurig Supreme just stopped working & I notified Customer Service about it. They troubleshooted with me & when it was still not working, they had me send them a picture of the serial number. Within 2 weeks they sent me a new one! Great honest company!
I love that I don’t have to wait for this coffee maker to heat up. I love being able to have different flavors in one day! It brews wuickly and the coffee is perfect. I also love the hot cocoa!!!
Love the coffee this brewer makes. However, there is a fatal flaw in the electronic descale procedure that leaves your maker dead in the water, won’t power on and takes at least a week to get another one. These should all be recalled until this problems is fixed.
First Keurig abruptly quit working after 2 months. Requested a replacement, and after many calls and inquiries replacement arrived. Was told it would take 7 to 10 days.
