I bought this back in May and really didn't begin to use it until October as I was away for the summer. When I started to use it, some of the features didn't work. I called for assistance and when we still couldn't get them to work, Keurig sent me a new machine. I'm happy to say all is well and I'm very pleased with the ability to adjust the strength and heat level plus save them to 3 profiles. Very pleased with the product and customer service.
I bought a K-Supreme Plus in May of 2021. Unfortunately, after I descaled it’s in October, it stopped working. Just went out completely. I sent pictures and the serial # and within about 10 days, I had a new machine. The new ones working like a charm.
This was a replacement which took forever to obtain for one that lasted about eight months. So far it is working fine. Hope it has a longer lifespan than the last one.
First the coffee tastes GREAT! When it works. The functionality of the machine seems to be very sensitive. We only had it for less than 3 months and we noticed for whatever reason, the actual cup size requested was not what we were getting. The needle need cleaning the descale light came on an i performed all the steps required and used only Keurig products including the new filter. There are only two of us and we take good care of it! The god news here is --- with no hesitation we were offered a replacement unit and within a week, we had a new maker!! We hope we do not experience the same idiosyncrasy problems as we did with the first?!?! Again we were very pleased with ultra fast response to our concerns!! The warranty is great!!!
This was a replacement for a unit we bought last year. Service was great. Replacement took 1-2 weeks to arrive, but otherwise everything was very easy and smooth.
I bought my 1st multi-stream brew Keurig when they first came out. (I love good coffee). The multi-stream brewing added immense flavor to each cup! I was heartbroken when the unit failed during a routine descaling. The Keurig customer service walked me through a step by step routine and determined my Keurig needed to be replaced. My new Keurig multi-stream brewer came in a week. Thank you for standing behind your wonderful brewer. (We just purchased another multi-stream brewer as a gift for our son.)
