This is the quietest Keurig I’ve ever owned. My only wish is that it had a larger choice than the 12oz. cup. Otherwise, this unit is great.

Coffee grounds

I’m not happy with this new model, I have coffee grounds in my cup and don’t know how to remedy this situation

Hi Margaret, thank you for reviewing your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. The behavior you're describing certainly does not sound normal. Has your K-Cup pod been removed and reinserted into the brewer? For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. Our first one died mid-brew. There's apparently a known power component issue in this model. They asked me to send them the serial number and receipt, which we had a scanned copy of, and they sent us a new one (same exact model) which came quickly. We love the 3 programable setting buttons. Set your temperature and stgrength preferences once, thereafter you only have to hit one button and then the brew button and you're good.

My originally purchased K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker stopped working after one year, but Keurig customer service replaced with a new coffee maker. I had my replacement in 3 calendar days, I love the convenience of our Keurig.

I was hoping for a brewer that would yield a strong, European style cup of coffee. Even with Italian Roast K-cups and the Strength set to maximum, this machine makes a very American cup - plus it takes a real long time to brew a cup when set to max strength. It looks good, not like precious Keurig machines that looked like they were styled bt Fisher-Price, but still doesn't make a very good coffee.

Reason for replacement: (1) descaling notification never went off after descaling performed followed by way above recommended rinse volume and (2) temp not as expected based on previous Keurig product even on high setting. Don’t know if descaling problem is fixed since don’t need to descale yet. Temp not fixed. Only middle temp on high setting. Cools very rapidly then and always have to microwave before drinking.
