I had bought a K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker and after almost 11 months it just quit. It would not turn on or reset when unplugged and restarted. It was replaced with little issues. Thanks.
This is my 3rd machine since November 12/12/2021 it’s not used every day maybe once or twice we use a stovetop pot . When I use it the water comes out very slowly and sprays the counter and very loud . I’ve had no problem s exchanging it . M.C.
We received the new one quickly and promptly after calling the 800 line. Simple quick process and they stand behind their warranty. We’ve had multiple machines this is the first one we’ve ever had fail. Will buy again in the future!
Received the Supreme Plus as a replacement for a unit that malfunctioned.Very easy to use. Makes a great tasting cup of coffee. Takes a while to make a 12 ounce cup, but is worth the wait. I would highly recommend purchasing this brewer. Thanx to keurig for taking care of me!
this will be my third coffee maker with in a year. They all seem to break. It will run and then get really hot and steam will come out the top, then nothing. Assume the motor gets fried. At least they replace them every time for free, but this is getting a little out of hand.
I purchased this particular coffee maker after having another Keurig maker. It quit after six months of use. The warranty process is legit and I got a replacement maker. I think they make the best coffee. I am pleased with Keurig.
