When I first bought this coffee maker I was happy with it till it broke ! Good News is Keurig sent me a new coffee maker bad news then it broke ! They sent me a 3rd K-Supreme Plus just started using this on last week I really hope this one works longer then 2 weeks !
I have had 2 Keurig machines and the First one lasted 1 year and the most expensive Keurig machine lasted 8 months. I use drinking water from the jugs that is already to go. I really don't know what else to do. I got my replacement fairly quickly but still would like to know why they don't last very long than a year.
I bought this product a few months ago. It suddenly stopped working. I called the help center who was extremely helpful. They assessed the problem and sent out a replacement at no charge.
My Keurig Supreme just stopped working & I notified Customer Service about it. They troubleshooted with me & when it was still not working, they had me send them a picture of the serial number. Within 2 weeks they sent me a new one! Great honest company!
I love that I don’t have to wait for this coffee maker to heat up. I love being able to have different flavors in one day! It brews wuickly and the coffee is perfect. I also love the hot cocoa!!!
Love the coffee this brewer makes. However, there is a fatal flaw in the electronic descale procedure that leaves your maker dead in the water, won’t power on and takes at least a week to get another one. These should all be recalled until this problems is fixed.
