My coffee maker wouldn’t turn on. Since it was within the one year warranty I contacted Keurig and they sent a new coffee maker. I am very pleased and am again enjoying my morning coffee. This is my third Keurig and I like it the best easy to use with the personal settings and takes less space on the counter.
I bought one of these six months ago and am very pleased with the ease of use and quality of taste this item offers. The physical build quality is very nice as well. The only reason I cannot give five stars is that it completely failed after three months when doing the descale process. Researching on the forums I found this happens quite frequently. I contacted Keurig once by phone and twice via support on their website with no response. After three months I finally received a call and they sent me a new coffee maker. So although the delay in response was aggravating, the resolution was positive. There seems to be a serious design flaw that causes failure from the descale process. Possibly processing 8 cups for the rinse cycle in rapid succession generates too much heat. I will try introducing cool down processes into the descale process and see if this one holds up better. A faster response time from support would have alleviated most of my displeasure.
We bought this unit after our last K-Cup coffee maker stopped working. The K-Supreme Plus was a great coffee maker slowing for use to customize our morning coffees. However, we had an issue when the unit smelled like the wiring was burning. A call to KEURIG and after explaining the issue we were having a return and replacement were authorized. The rep advised it could take several weeks to obtain a new replacement due to none being in stock a this time. As we were told, we received the replacement unit after a waiting several weeks.
KEURIG is a great coffee maker and has a support program that is as good as their product. We enjoy the taste of the coffee made by our K-Supreme Plus that we bought a second unit while waiting for the replacement unit to arrive.
I got a replacement for the original K-supreme plus which was faulty and this one is good. The feature that my old one had and this doesn't is the auto on & off but this machine heats up quickly and starts the coffee so it isn't that big a deal. I also like that it is a smaller footprint than my older machine.
This was a warranty replacement. I can only rate it as 4 stars because I have not had to descale it yet .I have had 3 previous machines that all quit working after the first descaling. Don't know what the problem was. I have a 12 year old Keurig that works perfectly. I wanted to update for the improved features It's working fine now. Hope I get through the first descaling. So far I'm very pleased and love this machine.
I have owned several Keurigs over the years and love the products and the ease and quality of the Keurigs. I was extremely happy with the customer service I received when my K-Supreme Plus had an issue showing add water when the unit was full. Keurig was very fast to replace my defective unit under warranty and quickly shipped a replacement. Could be happier with my Keurigs and the great company that stands behind their great products. Thank you Keurig for making my mornings great with your quality products!
This is my third one I have had for my home and I actually have a fourth one that I carry with us on vacation. I am very happy with the product perfect for me and my husband who only drink 1 cup of coffee daily.
