this will be my third coffee maker with in a year. They all seem to break. It will run and then get really hot and steam will come out the top, then nothing. Assume the motor gets fried. At least they replace them every time for free, but this is getting a little out of hand.
I purchased this particular coffee maker after having another Keurig maker. It quit after six months of use. The warranty process is legit and I got a replacement maker. I think they make the best coffee. I am pleased with Keurig.
When I bought this it came with a sample pack and I was expecting one with the replacement since I didn't have coffee even though I was without a coffee machine for over a week. The least they could do Is throw you a small sample pack for their mistake.
We bought this last year in April. We begin to have some issues with it. But we had purchased tbe warranty. They worked with us and replaced it with a brand new one. We absolutely love this machine. It has 3 settings for different brew types, Strength, heating and 4 different settings on size of cup. Its simple and we can change the settings easily. It also lets us know wben its time to clean it and replace the main filter for the water. 100% recommend this one.
I received this K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker as a birthday present, and in malfunctioned. I called Keurig to get a replacement. They asked me the specifics about the problem I had with it. I told thm, They asked for proof of purchase and proof of ownership. I sent in the 2 pictures, and in a few days, I had my replacement coffee maker. You can't get any easier than that! The new one works great! I am a happy camper!
