The coffee is good, and making coffee in my K-Supreme Plus is really convenient. However, this is the second warranty replacement I've had in one year. If I ever get past the warranty and it dies, it is too expensive to have to replace it frequently.
This is a replacement for the first one I purchased in July that simply stopped working in September. I gave it 4 stars due the great, no questions asked, customer service on the replacement. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars for the excellent coffee it makes.
This is my 2nd warranty replacement ! Each time I de-scaled, the unit would not work after that. I am afraid to de-scale when it comes time ! I am sure Keurig will shut me down !
