Our (only 6 months) old k supreme plus was brewing the wrong amount. We would hit 8oz and 4 would come out, sometimes maybe a couple tablespoons. We love our brewer and called in with our concerns. She went over all different ways to try and fix, nothing helped. So she mailed us a brand new k supreme. Thank you for your help.
This is our 3rd machine. After a fee months the machine will not pull in water to keep warm and it seems the motor burns out. Every time we call to get replacement the first person never gets the job done. It always takes a second phone call. I love Keurig with the large water reservoir but the reliability of the old machines is much better.
I like to speak my truth here about how difficult this was to get a replacement under warranty. I am 70 yrs. old and in my life time I have had issues that items that did not perform very well and had to return for replacement but in all of my life time I have never had such a more difficult to deal with that this. It took Keurig, 4 weeks and 5 very heated telephone calls to get it replaced. Your warranty department needs some really serious looking into. I totally convinced that I will NEVER go through that again.
My wife had a Keurig and it was working fine for about nine months the it quit. Called Keurig and they were helpful and said they would send me an e-mail to process a return. I had my original receipt and met their requirements for getting a new unit. The only issue I had was the length of time from my original contact with them to almost two months before we got the unit. The process worked except for the long timeframe to completion.
Don't buy this model. I actually loved it but I had 3 die on my since I bought it since last Dec. I think the features are great but the machine has issues and won't last more than 3 to 4 months without shutting down. Buy a different model.
Purchased new brewer. It worked fine but stopped working after a short time. Contacted Keurig and they sent a replacement quickly but to wrong address. After contacting Keurig, another was sent to correct address and it works well.
