Called twice

I called looking for help to get my Keurig to work since it wasn't working anymore. The representative determined that it needed to be replaced. She sent the email for me to see the the picture for it to be reviewed to see if it can be replaced. I sent the picture....
I had to call to follow up and was told that there were no replacements available and they had no idea when they would be available. So I waited about 2 weeks and called and I had it at my door a few days later.
My experience is that the Keurig machines work only with the pre-packaged K-Cups. Although an additional cup to put your own freshly ground coffee into to brew is available, it does not work very well with it. Also, there are always grounds in the cup. It would be great if Keurig could figure out a way to fix that.

It's what I had bought before

The first one failed at three months when I deacaled it. The machine prompted me that it was time so I followed the instructions and at the end of the process the machine never turned on again. It took about a month to get a replacement brewer after I made three more phone calls to see what the hold up was. Fortunately I had an old style brewer so I didn't have to get an interim one. This was the third different Keurig brewer I have owned and might be the last if this one breaks just as fast.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our K- supreme coffee maker stoped working after only a year which was strange. Our original keurig lasted around 10 years. So we were very disappointed when the new one went down, it only took one call to the Keurig help line and we received a replacement in about three weeks. We were extremely happy with outstanding Coustomer service. Thank you for providing outstanding Coustomer service.

We loved our K-Supreme Plus for 6 months, then came home from a trip to find it just would not come on. A call to Customer Service had a free replacement on the way in the next few days. We greatly appreciated the fast service from a good company with a great product!
