Purchased KSupreme & had a minor problem with it. Called warranty department & they were very helpful to get a replacement right out to me. Appreciated the fast and courteous service.
Purchased coffee maker and used it daily for about 6 months, and began getting "Descale" message when we turned it on. We had been extremely pleased with unit and its features - especially the large, removable reservoir. I followed the descaling instructions, but the unit died before descaling was complete. I called Keurig Customer Service, not anticipating any real help and convinced we would have to buy a new unit. I was absolutely astounded by the quality and responsiveness of the Keurig Customer Service representative!! She asked for the information you would expect (date/place of purchase, what things I had tried to see if it would work, were we sure the issue wasn't with the electric receptacle,etc.), and was wonderfully pleasant, polite and professional the whole time. She had us take a picture of the serial # and send it, and when she received it, informed us that it was covered by the Keurig warranty and they would be shipping us a replacement unit! This is my first ever experience with a company that stands 100% behind it's product and customers like that. And, of course, we are once again delighted with our Keurig coffee maker. I don't believe you can find a better product or company than Keurig!
