Constant issues!

I am on my fourth one in 7 months. The first one died after 2 months. The replacement just didn't work at all, the next one died after a few weeks and only brewed like 2 ounces, and now another replacement has died after about a month. While I am glad the supply the replacements when it dies, I am really sick of this model. I have never had so many issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just stop working

I got my Keurig in September 2021, I have descaled it at least 4 times. After descaling each time, it worked ok for 2-3 weeks and it start to flash "descale" again, now it just stop working. It won't descale or brew. I should have kept my old coffee maker. BAD PRODUCT.

Throwing mine out after four months of constant clogs and not pumping out any coffee, one thing I noticed with this machine is that the pump pressure is very light and it is very pod brand sensitive. It will work better with some pods or completely not with other brands and when it does work the stream is very weak I think because of the multi-stream technology because the pressure is pumping water now through five streams instead of one like in previous models. I'm going back to my Keurig Elite which pumped a perfect cup everyday for two years without fail.

The best new feature on this model is the easy to handle water reservoir. This reservoir is so much easier to remove, refill and return. Big handle was a great idea. Smaller footprint on the counter top is also greatly appreciated. The stainless steel look compliments the appliances in our kitchen. Controls very intuitive and easy to read. Makes great coffee and tea.
