I bought this over a year ago BUT did not use it until 5 months ago and it quit working. No warning just would not turn on. Customer Service was great and helped me get another so I am crossing my fingers that I do not have issues with this one. If it didn't quit on me originally, I would give it 5 stars. I will be back to review again once I see how it is going to last.
when the first one I bought stopped working I called & talked to a very nice young man. he arranged a pick up & in a few weeks my new one arrived. your service is excellent! thank you
Unfortunately this is the second replacement under warranty. I do have concerns about this replacement because after a while the electrical component stops working. There is no longer power to the coffee maker. Out of the blue it stops working. I just hope this one lasts because overall the machine is outstanding but I think it should last more that 4 - 6 months. I am not sure I would recommend because of the electrical issue. Wondering if there is a problem with it that needs to be addressed. Would be interested to know if others have had this same issue.
