I recently contacted Keurig because my new K Supreme Plus coffeemaker stopped working. After walking me through steps to troubleshoot, the agent simply sent me a replacement. Thank you so much, I'm brewing again!
This unit was a warranty replacement for my original unit which stopped working after 9 months. Hopefully that was a fluke and this one will last a looooong time !!
I was thoroughly pleased with the first machine I purchased and was so thrilled I could continue to make best coffee possible with my replacement! It's ease of use, versatility and excellent options makes this the best Keurig I've ever owned!
Ok let me be honest. I love this coffee maker but it broke down and wouldn’t work. The good news is I got a replacement and I’m drinking great coffee again. No problem hassle free. When I wake up in the morning I can’t open my eyes seriously! I need coffee ASAP and 10 minutes of sit time. With my Kurig I load a pod,hit the button, 1 minute later I sit down with my coffee and my eyes closed and relax and sip. The next thing I know I’m up and brewing a delicious second cup and I feel great. You will love this coffee maker at 4:30 am. I make a little baby cup around 3:30 in the afternoon also. Why not? It’s just a pod!
