After 2 weeks of use, my new Keurig Supreme died. One call to Keurig was answered by a knowledgeable, helpful person who understood the issue and started the process for a warranty replacement. It was the find of courteous professional service I expect from a quality company. It's comforting to know that companies like Keurig still exist.
I love Kereig but just hope it lasts. I am skeptic because I have changed two kurieig in the last 3 years. I love it and no doubt about it but I just hope it laster longer than a lifetime average of 1.5yeard each coffee machine.
We purchased ours a year ago this was a replacement. The coffee from this machine is delicious you would think it was fresh perked. Thank you for making such outstanding products.
