Unfortunately this is the second replacement under warranty. I do have concerns about this replacement because after a while the electrical component stops working. There is no longer power to the coffee maker. Out of the blue it stops working. I just hope this one lasts because overall the machine is outstanding but I think it should last more that 4 - 6 months. I am not sure I would recommend because of the electrical issue. Wondering if there is a problem with it that needs to be addressed. Would be interested to know if others have had this same issue.
Brewing is super slow, don’t believe coffee taste any better. Makes a mess spraying coffee during brewing. Have a cloth near by to wipe up. Still the best coffee making company for coffee makers. They need a few improvement on this one.
This is a warranty replacement for my original brewer which I received as a gift in April, 2021. I am not sure if this is a new machine or a refurbished one. I hope it lasts longer than the original one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this brewer 10/20/2020 so I could donate my older brewer to my wife's office. This brewer worked great until today 10/30/2021 when it gave up the ghost. Very disappointed in the longevity!

Second LEMON!!!

We purchased the machine initially in April, very slow drip when brewing but we thought nothing of it. 5 months later in September the machine just stopped working, did not turn on. We received a warranty replacement machine and now 2 months later same problem! Machine just stopped working and does not turn on. I'm beginning to think something went wrong with the manufacturing of this model. Contacting Keurig now for the second time. Hopefully they can replace with a different model. This one is not good at all. So disappointing.
I owned this new model just under a year and it had quit working during a descale/cleanse. Wonderfully, Keurig replaced the unit with the same under warranty free of charge. For some reason the descale program lit up in the first two weeks of new operation. I called Keurig and they said to do the descale. Although this is a very nice coffee maker and fits under my lower rise cabinets it splashes the coffee while brewing outside of the cup in about an 8-10 inch radius causing a counter clean up after every other cup brewed. I've decided when this model is spent I will get a duo maker as I drink a ton of coffee.
