I bought my Keurig Supreme in February of 2021. In early October it stopped working. We had completed online registration of our coffee maker. The customer service representative that I spoke to was easy to understand (not a given) and quickly authorized a replacement system for us. The experience was hassle free and the new unit has its own warranty. I can’t imagine how the process could be easier and within a few days I had my new Keurig. The hardest part was living without it while awaiting the replacement!
I love my Keurig and cannot imagine life without it, dramatic yes but a whole lot of truth, when it stopped working I had no clue what I would do. When I called and my customer service agent was so pleasant and my replacement process so easy, you have a lifelong customer.
Excellent customer service. My coffee maker was just a couple of days out of warranty and they replace it. I have had several Keuriz makers and given some as gifts. They are really good and make a good cup of coffee
I bought the K-Supreme Plus as it is the perfect coffee maker for me. Favorite settings for 3 different combinations of volume and strength and even temperature. Fast brewing and easy to use. After nearly a year of daily use, it failed to power up. I contacted Keurig customer service, provided proof of purchase, and I had a new machine in about 4 days.I am a happy customer and coffee drinker
