Bought my coffee maker Nov 2020. Worked great, until one morning then stopped working. I called Keurig and they replaced it without any problems. No hassles, Great customer service. Thank you.
I bought a few months back and it stopped working properly. The warranty department was fast, efficient and friendly in replacing my Keurig. I appreciate that the company stands by there product. They sent me a new one and it’s been working great. Keurig gets my stamp of approval.
We purchased one and it would not brew, but Keurig replaced it with no hassles and quick shipment. My husband and I love the new coffeemaker. The only thing that surprised me is that it is slow brewing, but you don’t have to wait for the water to heat.
The electronics were malfunctioning on my K-Supreme Plus, especially with regard to descaling the machine. After trouble shooting with Keurig's help I could not resolve my problems. That's when I was offered a replacement machine and I was back in business. Thanks
