The electronics were malfunctioning on my K-Supreme Plus, especially with regard to descaling the machine. After trouble shooting with Keurig's help I could not resolve my problems. That's when I was offered a replacement machine and I was back in business. Thanks

A Great Keurig Product!

We are very happy with our Keurig coffeemaker. You can adjust the amount, temperature, and strength of the cup of coffee you want to make.
I bought my Keurig Supreme in February of 2021. In early October it stopped working. We had completed online registration of our coffee maker. The customer service representative that I spoke to was easy to understand (not a given) and quickly authorized a replacement system for us. The experience was hassle free and the new unit has its own warranty. I can’t imagine how the process could be easier and within a few days I had my new Keurig. The hardest part was living without it while awaiting the replacement!
I love my Keurig and cannot imagine life without it, dramatic yes but a whole lot of truth, when it stopped working I had no clue what I would do. When I called and my customer service agent was so pleasant and my replacement process so easy, you have a lifelong customer.
Excellent customer service. My coffee maker was just a couple of days out of warranty and they replace it. I have had several Keuriz makers and given some as gifts. They are really good and make a good cup of coffee
