I’ve been buying Keurig coffee makers for years, and my last one was the K-SupremePlus single coffee maker. It was Coffee bliss until it told me to “descale” coffee maker, but when I bought the Keurig descale solution - the machine just died! I immediately called Feurig and they walked me through my warranty, which was still good for a replacement. All I had to do is send them photo of dead Keurig and photo of bottom of machine showing S/N number! Within a month, Keurig replace my Keurig with same model, free of charge - so easy! The only thing they didn’t replace was bottle of deScale solution that I bought from Keurig!
We bought our Keurig over a year ago. We descale on the regular because we know how important it is to get the most out of your Keurig. during a typical descale process the Keurig shut off. Before it did so it got really hot and we couldn’t get it to turn back on. We called Keurig and they did some trouble shooting with us but nothing. Despite the fact that our 1 year warranty had expired 5 days prior, Keurig sent us a brand new machine as a replacement. We didn’t have to send the old one back, we didn’t have to do anything. 10 days later we had a brand new working Keurig. VERY HAPPY !
I love my Keurig coffee pot and have been so thankful and impressed with the Keurig company for their willingness to replace my brewer after a lightning storm zapped ours that wasn't even a year old. Now I'm back to drinking my morning coffee. Thank you Keurig for standing behind your products and for good customer service!
The Keurig KSP is a great machine when it works. This machine has died 2 times now. No power no coffee :@. We are on our 3rd in the last year... I hope this one lasts. It seems like a known problem with this brewer.
Keurig customer service has taken care of everything at no cost and shipped them out super fast but I think if this 3rd one dies I want a different brewer. It seems like either you get a great one or a defective one.
This is my 3rd K-Supreme Plus Single Serve in less than A year. I originally purchased in Sept 2020 and the heating element went out in January 2021. Was sent a replacement under warranty and the same thing happened again in September 2021. I can only hope that this one will last. It is very inconvenient to have your brewer stop working when you want a hot cup of coffee! Seems to me that Keurig would fix the problem.
Customer service was great in sending me a replacement each time. I rate them A+.
