Always be sure and register your new products. My Keurig K-Supreme Plus died an untimely death and the company has replaced it. Another reason I continue to stick with Keurig! Love their products and warranty, stand up company!

Received my replacement Keurig plugged it in fired it up and it does not work. Been on the phone 3 different times and still no one from. Keurig has gotten back to me. Extremely disappointed
