This new model replaces our existing basic Keurig coffee maker. Wow- what a difference! The temperature, strength settings are awesome. The new water pitcher with filter is easier to handle then the older model. Plus it fits on the older models storage rack!
I received the coffee maker as a replacement for the same model that broke. I thank your rep. Ahmed for all his help he was the 5th person I spoke with since January 10, 2022. I'm so thankful that he knew what he was doing and was able to help me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor engineering

We are on our second defective machine. Both have lasted 3 weeks until the machine gets stuck on ADD WATER, regardless Ff the reserve being full. It is not a problem with scale but may be related to the design of the reserve and where it attaches to the nipple for the pump. Whatever the case, the machine will decide randomly when it will recognize the presence of water in the reserve and make a cup or it more commonly it will flash ADD WATER regardless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst purchase ever!

I bought this Keurig at the end of February. I am now going on my second replacement. I followed their maintenance cleaning and it still died on me.

Stay away from this one

I have gone through 3 of these brewers since July! The first just stopped powering on, and the second and third started brewing 2-3 ounces at a time. I'm so disappointed! I will say Customer service has been good and I'm waiting on a call back now to try a different style brewer. My first Keurig lasted 8 years, so I'm hopeful that I can find one that will work like that one!!!

on my 3rd replacement

Works good when it does work. After each time that I have had to descale it, it stops working- after following the descaling instructions, and will not come back on. Originally purchased in 2021, and now I'm on my 3rd warranty replacement and the last (per Keurig) and they wouldn't trade it out for another model even with me paying the difference. We'll see how long this one lasts.....

Biggest disappointment ever!

eplace an older model which was discontinued (and had lasted for 5 years). This model died within the first few months. They sent me a replacement, and it died just after the warranty expired. In both instances, all of a sudden the power just stopped mid-brew and would not turn back on. I don't know why, but this model is flawed. Before purchasing, I did read other reviews complaining of similar issues, but of course decided to find out for myself. Stupid me. Keurig needs to go back to the drawing board. Purchase this at your own risk.

I bought this a few months ago. I was very excited to try the new features. One I did not expect was the "DESCALE" feature which shuts your coffee maker down until you run a lengthy (30 minute +) descale process. It takes longer to make coffee that my old Keurig also. It is nice look'n tho.
