Overall, happy to have gotten our replacement Keurig Supreme Plus which was still under warranty. My only gripe is that our original stopped working only after 9 months of use. Never had any problem with our 3 previous Keurig machines.
I bought this 10+ months ago and was disappointed when it stopped working correctly. However I contacted Keurig and although it did take three calls, the calls were handled politely and they were as helpful as they could be.
