My K-Supreme Plus quit working after about 6 months. I contacted Keurig and they promptly agreed to replace the unit under warranty. Process was simple and quick.
Second K-Supreme Plus and it stopped functioning I'm so frustrated. I have owned many Keurig machines and never had this happen but now I get 2 bad machines in a row
This coffee maker is the best. Set the settings, it saves it so that it is press & Go! The reservoir is large so I don’t have to add water all of the time.
I had my Keurig supreme cup plus just about 1 year and ran out of waters during the cleaning process. I lifted the resevoir before I'm plugging and could not get it to work again. Called customer service and sent the proof of purchase and they sent me a new machine.
I was so excited to go home and try my K-Supreme Plus. When I did, it apparently had been used and returned. So I had a brand new coffee maker that was not working properly and there was a part missing. I called Kerig and they quickly replaced it for me. It is so convenient and I love that I can use any coffee I want in it. I love that I can choose how hot to make it and the strength. I am going to try making loose tea it in. I love it! Thank you Kerig for sending out the replacement.
