This replacement has been flawless so far. The one tha broke was noisy and splattered the water before it just didn't turn on. This one is totally different. From the first cup to now, I have not had any problem. I hope it continues.
My Keurig stopped working and I contacted customer service and within two weeks I received a brand new one. They were super nice and super fast and now I have delicious coffee again.
I replaced a unit that stopped working with the awesome help of Keurig customer service. They were so helpful and explained exactly what needed to be done to replace the unit. It took a while to be in stock again, but was well worth the wait! Thank you again Keurig customer service!

Worked great better design with larger reservoir and handle also multiple punctures on the cup. Unit stopped working within a year. Keurig sent a replacement a week later with no warranty if this one fails within a Year.
Received a new K-Supreme a few weeks ago. My coffee is beginning to taste like it smells! But allow hot water to run through the system several times to get that “newness taste” out of its system. Instructions say once. Do it more than once.
