I was so excited to go home and try my K-Supreme Plus. When I did, it apparently had been used and returned. So I had a brand new coffee maker that was not working properly and there was a part missing. I called Kerig and they quickly replaced it for me. It is so convenient and I love that I can use any coffee I want in it. I love that I can choose how hot to make it and the strength. I am going to try making loose tea it in. I love it! Thank you Kerig for sending out the replacement.
Replaced my K Supreme Plus under warranty and the new one does a better job making coffee, but the closure handle sometimes does not activate the “on” feature. I then need to raise and lower the handle until the lights activate. QC or design robustness does not appear to be part of this models strength
