We were disappointed when our 10 month old machine stopped working. We called the help line and they assisted us through several steps to check our machine. When none of them worked, they offered to replace our brewer at no cost. We continue to enjoy the brewing features, especially the over ice during the hot Florida summer season.
My K-Supreme Plus quit working after about 6 months. I contacted Keurig and they promptly agreed to replace the unit under warranty. Process was simple and quick.
Second K-Supreme Plus and it stopped functioning I'm so frustrated. I have owned many Keurig machines and never had this happen but now I get 2 bad machines in a row
This coffee maker is the best. Set the settings, it saves it so that it is press & Go! The reservoir is large so I don’t have to add water all of the time.
I had my Keurig supreme cup plus just about 1 year and ran out of waters during the cleaning process. I lifted the resevoir before I'm plugging and could not get it to work again. Called customer service and sent the proof of purchase and they sent me a new machine.
