Recently had to replace our Keurig K-Supreme Plus through warranty issue. No problem quickly getting a replacement. Great customer service. Thanks Keurig!
This is our third coffee maker of this model in two years. The first made coffee for three days and quit. The second lasted several months and then quit just like the first one. We’ve had this one about two weeks and it’s working fine. To Keurig’s credit, they’ve honored the warranty both times, and we have a full year warranty for the newest one.
It makes a great cup of coffee, but this model has reliability issues.
I bought my Keurig in January & I love it. I recently did a descaling treatment & that went fine, but the next day the machine would not work at all. I tried everything to try to get it to work, but to no avail. I called Keurig & they ended up sending me a new machine. It arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the service I received & my new machine.
We love our Keurig 2 Plus single serve. We were so upset when it just stopped working! Called Keurig and to our surprise we were sent a brand new Keurig!
This is my second one as the first lost all power and couldn't be used. Keurig replaced with this one. I love the cup sizes you get and choice of strengths and temperature. It makes a great cup of coffee. I am worried some of the buttons will eventually come off as they don't seem to be as secure as my first one we bought. I am glad keurig was nice enough to replace, just remember to keep all receipts and order information if purchased online.
I have been drinking coffee for over 60 years. I've owned my share of coffee makers. Hands down, this machine provides everything I could ask for in my morning ritual. More than that, Keurig stands by their product, which reflects their commitment to their customers. Hats off to them.
