We have had several different keurig models over the years and they have always worked excellent. If there is a problem their customer service has always been excellent as we have used them only once in all those years.
I purchased the Supreme Plus maker 8 months ago and it just stopped working to my dismay. I made a call to customer service with my warranty and proof of purchase in hand. and was very pleasantly surprised when they said they would send a replacement. Excellent customer service! Thank you Keurig for not making my have to fight for my warranty replacement.
I replaced my old Keurig in November 2020. I loved the MultiStream technology, but had an issue when descaling this year. The service department was fantastic in their service and replacement of a like kind brewer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m Uber sad my machine died on me. This was my replacement and it did the same as my original! They powered themselves off and wouldn’t come back on. My firs to one lasted 5 mts. They are used at home and not too often. Maybe once every other day or every 3 days. I’ve tried 2 different outlets. Not quite sure what’s causing it.
Bought a K cup supreme in April and it died in August so pretty disappointing life span. Keurig replaced it with an identical machine under the warranty on the first machine.
Recently we bought a new K-Supreme Plus Keurig but after following the proper set up, I found that it had a weird plastic taste when I made tea, cocoa or apple cider with it. (I am allergic to coffee.) After calling to tell Keurig support services about my problem, They sent me a new one and it works great! I sent the other back as they wanted to search the problem I was having with my other one. Great Warranty and quick service. I just wish that they would bring back the Snapple teas as they were great and gave me a better mixture of drinks that I could choose from. I say this because Keurig owns Snapple!
