Driving to Strabucks because my Keurig died

This is my second Keurig. Had my first one for 11 years. Loved it. Decided on the Supreme Plus and after using it regularly and cleaning it every two months, it died after 4 months. Won't turn on. Keurig is going to replace it but won't tell me when the replacement is coming. Won't offer me a different model. When I call, they tell me to check my email and they will send me an email when it is in stock. Really? You have no idea when it will be in stock?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another waste of money

Purchased yet another Keurig and it dies just past the year. Thought by purchasing a new product that a reputable coffee maker has designed would last longer. Lesson learner and shared.

Their brewer drips all over my counter top. I can see clear water dripping in front of the coffee stream. Costs too much to be like this…

Unreliable - Device fails to turn on.

I replaced a Keurig K75 Platinum with a K-Supreme Plus. Opening the box the device would not turn on. They sent me a replacement and it lasted 1 year and 2 months before failing to turn on. Definitely not the quality that I had associated with Keurig in the past. The old K-75 that I gave to my son is working.

This new model replaces our existing basic Keurig coffee maker. Wow- what a difference! The temperature, strength settings are awesome. The new water pitcher with filter is easier to handle then the older model. Plus it fits on the older models storage rack!
I received the coffee maker as a replacement for the same model that broke. I thank your rep. Ahmed for all his help he was the 5th person I spoke with since January 10, 2022. I'm so thankful that he knew what he was doing and was able to help me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor engineering

We are on our second defective machine. Both have lasted 3 weeks until the machine gets stuck on ADD WATER, regardless Ff the reserve being full. It is not a problem with scale but may be related to the design of the reserve and where it attaches to the nipple for the pump. Whatever the case, the machine will decide randomly when it will recognize the presence of water in the reserve and make a cup or it more commonly it will flash ADD WATER regardless.
