Something is wrong

I have been a Keurig lover for many years now and was so excited when my parents got me the newest model! However, I am not on my second replacement that is starting to exhibit the same problem the first two had. It will start to brew and then make some sputtering noises, and start to smoke/steam with a smell of smoke, then it will just die. I will then lift the handle and start it again and it will work. The last two died completely within a couple of weeks time. CS was good and replaced the last two but it is frustrating to repeat this process over and over. I love keurig, but I’m getting tired of the same problem over and over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it stopped working. Called customer service and they are forwarding a replacement. Hope this was just a fluke.....I have been a Keurig customer for almost 15 yrs....love their coffee machines

Driving to Strabucks because my Keurig died

This is my second Keurig. Had my first one for 11 years. Loved it. Decided on the Supreme Plus and after using it regularly and cleaning it every two months, it died after 4 months. Won't turn on. Keurig is going to replace it but won't tell me when the replacement is coming. Won't offer me a different model. When I call, they tell me to check my email and they will send me an email when it is in stock. Really? You have no idea when it will be in stock?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another waste of money

Purchased yet another Keurig and it dies just past the year. Thought by purchasing a new product that a reputable coffee maker has designed would last longer. Lesson learner and shared.

Unreliable - Device fails to turn on.

I replaced a Keurig K75 Platinum with a K-Supreme Plus. Opening the box the device would not turn on. They sent me a replacement and it lasted 1 year and 2 months before failing to turn on. Definitely not the quality that I had associated with Keurig in the past. The old K-75 that I gave to my son is working.
