Unfortunately our Kuerig coffee maker quit working while I was descaling it. I called customer service and was given friendly and great response to my problem. Since my coffee maker was still under warranty, the service representative put in an order to send me a new replacement coffee maker identical to the one that had stopped working. I think i received it in about 2 weeks. Excellent service.
I love that they now have a stainless steel option instead of the colored plastic. The added features - 2 options for strong - temperature settings for extra hot coffee and programming my favorite brew - make this machine a must have!
I don't normally register coffee makers. For whatever reason I did last year. When my machine started having issues I did all the trouble shooting and then called Keurig,A new coffee maker was delivered within 7 days. Loving it.
I was so excited that they sent me a new coffee maker after mine broke. I had no receipt or box. Just the month I purchased, it was 6 months old. No hassles, wonderful service!
My original Keurig was wonderful until the first total descale. Everything went perfect except descale light would not go off. I called Keurig and they immediately exchanged the coffee maker for a new one. Thank you Keurig we LOVE IT. IT MAKES THE BEST COFFEE WE’VE HAD!
There was a malfunction with my Keurig that couldn't be resolved. Since it was still under warranty, they shipped a new one that arrived in a couple days.
