Recently we bought a new K-Supreme Plus Keurig but after following the proper set up, I found that it had a weird plastic taste when I made tea, cocoa or apple cider with it. (I am allergic to coffee.) After calling to tell Keurig support services about my problem, They sent me a new one and it works great! I sent the other back as they wanted to search the problem I was having with my other one. Great Warranty and quick service. I just wish that they would bring back the Snapple teas as they were great and gave me a better mixture of drinks that I could choose from. I say this because Keurig owns Snapple!
Love my coffee maker. Calling the warranty service who were so helpful, sent me a new maker cause it had a problem, delivered in a weeks time & great service. Thank you!!
This is the only make that we have owned since the first on. This one the supreme plus is the best. We have one for home and one for R V. Customer care is excellent if you have question.
