This is my third machine... Each one lasted about 2 years and then glitched. Keurig is very nice about replacing but they should fix the glitch! Glitch = Won't make a full cup of coffee (always WAY short).
We have been using this new coffee pot for about 2 weeks now and the coffee is better but not hotter than the old one. That one was a K Classic which turned on automatically at a certain time and turned off at a preset time. This one does not do it but I didn't want the pot with the carafe. We each like different coffee and the single serve is just right for us. The coffee is richer in the new pot...I just wish it was hotter.
I'm really happy with the replacement. I think the original one was defective from the start and I didn't realize it. Again thanks for the prompt and courteous service.
I was having problems with my Keurig not making a cup of coffee. I call Keurig and they sent me a new maker and I am sending the troubled one back to them with no questions. I'm so happy I had the warranty.
I bought my K-cup supreme in October 2020. For some reason it failed to work for me in August 2021. I called Keurig and they were great! I had a replacement within a week. Thank you so much!
