We loved our Keurig maker. After rescaling, it would not come back on. Customer service sent a replacement after saying records showed it was still under coverage. A new Keurig arrived. UPS said to put the old one on the porch for pick up on that box.So easy. I used our old carafe coffee maker in the mean time, but my husband complained it didn’t taste as good as our Keurig. We love ordering our coffee shipments to select our favorite flavors. The convenience of single serve cups is so convenient.
We bought this after our older Keurig developed problems. For the first time my wife is now using the Keurig every day. The K Supreme Plus seems much easier to use and offers more cup sizes than our original. Also takes up far less space on the counter. We probably make as many cups of hot water as coffee so the additional cup sizes are great.
I purchased a K-Supreme Plus which sopped powering on, I contacted the company and they sent a replacement....what a way to stand by your product. The rep. that assisted me was rude though
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful yet stronger than Elite.

I bought this K Supreme Plus brewer a week ago. It is absolutely sleek and beautiful. I bought it because I thought I would get hotter coffee. I didn't realize that even the lowest strength would be too strong for me. I am so disappointed. If you like Starbucks this is probably perfect for you as it has 3 strength settings and they are all full bodied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just love this coffee maker. I love the many features, such as being able to select how hot the coffee will be and the fact that my husband and I have our own individual settings. The coffee is excellent and the brew time is brief.
This machine was a free warranty replacement of my old machine and it works great. I am most impressed by Keurig's Customer Service that quickly took care of me. Great company whose employees stand behind their reputation for excellent customer support.
Brewer only lasted 3 months. Warranty process seemed designed to not support the product or customer. Finally, after navigating the process a replacement arrived almost 3 weeks later - after two more emails and 2 more phone calls.
