I bought my K-Supreme Plus coffee maker in December 2020 and it decided to stop working the end of early August. I called Keurig and they quickly resolved the issue at hand and sent my new replacement.
My Keurig recently went kaput within the warranty period. After a quick check from a Keurig's customer service associate, a replacement unit was quickly sent.
I will always buy Keurig products because the company is so professional and stands behind their brewers. The people in customer service are the best. If you have an issue with their product they will not hesitate to do whatever is necessary to make sure you’re satisfied.
Our K cup coffee maker failed and the company replaced it with no lengthy discussion. Professional customer service that diagnosed and solved the problem but sending a replacement with only about 5 minutes of discussion on the phone. Couldn't be more pleased. Keurig customer for life, now.
