I received my Keurig as a gift, and from day one there were minor issues. At times not hot enough, and would never give the ounces picked. One day it just quit, I made one call to Keurig and explained my issues to a wonderful sales person. Within approximately five minutes she informed me that the unit would be replaced free of charge. I received my new unit and now I know just how good this coffee maker is. Piping hot coffee and it now fills my cup. This is my third Keurig and this one in my opinion is the best!! Thank you Keurig, you truly stand by your product!
Had a issue with my supreme plus maker but it was great dealing with the warranty department really great people went out of there way to get my new supreme plus sent out to me just really great people made everything so much easier
I loved the coffee maker at the beginning of the purchase with the new features. There seems to be a manufacturing problem that begins after around 2-3 months though. The rescaling light comes on and even though we do the rescaling procedure it fails to go off. The warranty service is great as we have had to replace 3 in less than 1years due to this malfunction. It would be nice if they would address this system problem as I’m sure we are not the only person experiencing this issue. Otherwise, we like the product as we are loyal Keurig owners!
