Bought this in May or June 2021 after seeing my daughters. Love it ,has different strengths for brewing plus how hot you want your coffee which is really why i bought it. When descale came on and it would not work called support and lady was supper helpful and I got my replacement pot in 4 days which was great. Been using Kerig for years and this is best pot yet.
I bought this one year ago then didn't work. Keurig was glad to provide me with warranty replacement. It was very simple and easy process. I really liked my K-Supreme plus coffee maker so I was debating to call them for warranty service or buy something else. I think lets give it a try so I called Keurig. They were happy to ask me few troubleshoot steps then provide me warranty replacement.
Problem handled with ease, no fuss no muss. Customer service person was a great help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Happy with Replacement Service

We had the K-Supreme Plus Single Serv coffee Maker for a very short time and it quit working. My husband contacted Keurig and we got a replacement post haste. We are very happy with this coffee maker. Love the Iced Coffee feature, use it all the time!
