Works very well, as did the one it replaced. We are still wanting to know if the descale light will go off once the rescaling process is completed according to instructions. That is one of the reasons we had an issue with the first one we bought. Also, are we forced to use Keurig descaling product and not vinegar?
This was a replacement for a machine that quit working. They honored their warranty and replaced it quickly. From my first contact until receiving the new Keurig I was treated well by everyone involved.
Team Keurig did an excellent job getting my replacement to me. Despite following all maintenance instruction the old unit stopped working. I contacted the Warranty Department and got my replacement in a timely manner. I appreciated their "no hassle" policy which resulted in a speedy replacement. Thanks Team Keurig.
My first K-Supreme Plus got tired and quickly died. It was still under warranty and customer service was quick to send a replacement. I had one of the first Keurig Minis (backup) that still works so I never missed any coffee days WooHoo!
