The first k supreme I purchased quit working after a week. Keurig graciously replaced it. Now that I’ve been using the machine for about a month: I like the slimmer easier to access water carafe. I realize no discernible difference in the “strength” nor “temperature” options. The “over ice” is redundant, as you could always brew over ice if you chose. (I admit I use this feature, though). Over all, this model is pretty good, but I wouldn’t spend the extra money fir features that aren’t appreciable, unless you like the slim line looks.
I purchased this as a replacement for an older Keurig that had begun to leak. The first one we received was a lemon and we returned it. Keurig promptly sent a replacement which we are very pleased with. It is quieter than our previous model and makes an excellent cup of coffee. We love that you can set your preferences for strength and heat.
I like the size and style of this coffee maker. What I think should have been included — which isn’t— is instructions how to descale it when needed. Instead I had to go to UTube for detailed instructions. It’s not supposed to splatter but there is a slight splatter when the coffee goes into a cup (and I used the correct coffee cup size). Those were the only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of five. But it’s nice to know the company stands behind its products. I only use keurig even though the stainless one is a bit pricy.
