Original purchased machine just quit working after about 6 months - totally dead. I called Keurig expecting to be told a minor fix. Instead, Keurig sent me a brand new coffee maker, telling me just to dump the one I had. New coffee maker has continued to work perfectly.
All is well until you use the refillable K cup. No matter what it makes a huge mess and splatters everywhere. This is my second unit and it is obviously a manufacturing problem. If you use a regular pod all is well. Design, brewing options and size of the machine are all super.
Bought this in May or June 2021 after seeing my daughters. Love it ,has different strengths for brewing plus how hot you want your coffee which is really why i bought it. When descale came on and it would not work called support and lady was supper helpful and I got my replacement pot in 4 days which was great. Been using Kerig for years and this is best pot yet.
I bought this one year ago then didn't work. Keurig was glad to provide me with warranty replacement. It was very simple and easy process. I really liked my K-Supreme plus coffee maker so I was debating to call them for warranty service or buy something else. I think lets give it a try so I called Keurig. They were happy to ask me few troubleshoot steps then provide me warranty replacement.
