I'm so glad I bought this Keurig! The features are great. If you like bolder flavor or hotter coffee the "strength" button and the "temp" button will be your new best friends. I thought keeping it clean would be a nightmare but I got a stainless steel cleanser and it looks so nice! I enjoy iced chai tea lattes so the "over ice" button is a cool (pun intended) little extra. Brew sizes from 8oz to 12oz is fantastic and I like that there's an option to save 3 personalized brew preferences. This is an amazing machine and I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to buy a Keurig for the first time or anyone who just wants to upgrade from one they already have.

I love the space saving design and the handle on the reservoir. The fact that I don't have to wait for it to warm up before brewing is great, but it does overall brew slower than my previous Keurig 2.0 model. The coffee tastes great and I'm overall glad I decided to replace my 7 year old Keurig with this.

Not worth the money. Coffee has an aftertaste like dirty water and coffee does not get very hot. Older models get up to 193 degrees where this taps out under 170. I put it back in the box and gave to a young kid.

While the first one we received was horrible, the subsequent one is working quite well. Apparently the first one was a lemon that the company corrected swiftly. I love how quiet this one is compared to our Elite and the ability to immediately make a second cup.
