bought the single serve in March, only used it maybe a doz times, and then it stopped working, I contacted company, they sent me a return label. And within a week of them receiving it, they sent me a brand new unit. I will always buy Keurig!!
Avid coffee drinker, does the job! This is my 3rd one however in less than 6 months. Customer service is great to guide through trouble shooting or replace the brewer if needed.
Recently my Supreme Plus C broke down. I called Keurig and they promptly replaced it with a new one. They then sent me a return shipping label to return the old one and I did. Mew one is working great.
