I purchased this as a replacement for an older Keurig that had begun to leak. The first one we received was a lemon and we returned it. Keurig promptly sent a replacement which we are very pleased with. It is quieter than our previous model and makes an excellent cup of coffee. We love that you can set your preferences for strength and heat.
I like the size and style of this coffee maker. What I think should have been included — which isn’t— is instructions how to descale it when needed. Instead I had to go to UTube for detailed instructions. It’s not supposed to splatter but there is a slight splatter when the coffee goes into a cup (and I used the correct coffee cup size). Those were the only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of five. But it’s nice to know the company stands behind its products. I only use keurig even though the stainless one is a bit pricy.
I bought the Kerugh and after descaling it would not turn on. I contacted customer Service and received a prompt replacement. Awesome customer service. Very helpful with process. Promptly received the new machine. Thank you
So I own 3 of these and one stopped working within 6 weeks of the purchase date. I called keurig customer service and told them what was happening. Together we did some trouble shooting and when nothing worked the representative said that she had already ordered a warranty replacement. I love my machine and the new one works great thus far.
This is the best all around Kuerig coffee maker ever made up to this point. The new multi stream technology makes the K-cups much stronger. Solid machine and easy to use. Very happy with it.
I had mine for a year and something happened. I made the call and because I was in the system, was sent a new one immediately! Couldn't be happier, Thank you for such great customer service Keurig!!
