This new model allows for 3 different strengths and temperature. My 10 or 12 oz cup of coffee finally does not taste watered down. The highest temperature is hot but not too hot. I guess if you warm up the cup or milk it would stay hot longer. I’m giving this 4 as I haven’t had it long enough to see how it holds up but so far I’m satisfied with this new model for the improved flavor and strength.

Called Keurig with issues and they sent me a new one under warranty..
Service person was very friendly and helpful had new one shipped that day!!

Bought K-Supreme Plus in December and over the months, amount of water/coffee dispensed diminished. Called Customer Support, they had me run a few tests and determined there was a problem. They said they would immediately send a new brewer and that I was to send the old brewer back for analysis. New brewer arrived in less than a week, and cost to return old brewer was paid by Keurig. The new K-Supreme Plus works well and brews excellent coffee. Totally pleased with Keurigs support and actions.
