We have only had it 2 weeks, but it is the best coffee maker we have ever owned. The quickest, the hotest and the easiest to use. My wife and I use all three presets every day.
Bought K-Supreme Plus in December and over the months, amount of water/coffee dispensed diminished. Called Customer Support, they had me run a few tests and determined there was a problem. They said they would immediately send a new brewer and that I was to send the old brewer back for analysis. New brewer arrived in less than a week, and cost to return old brewer was paid by Keurig. The new K-Supreme Plus works well and brews excellent coffee. Totally pleased with Keurigs support and actions.
bought the single serve in March, only used it maybe a doz times, and then it stopped working, I contacted company, they sent me a return label. And within a week of them receiving it, they sent me a brand new unit. I will always buy Keurig!!
Avid coffee drinker, does the job! This is my 3rd one however in less than 6 months. Customer service is great to guide through trouble shooting or replace the brewer if needed.
