My Keurig quit working and after calling customer support and confirming the unit had quit working I was sent a replacement. Received it in a week. Great support!
We purchased this in March and it totally stopped working in July. We really like the K-Supreme Plus size and it has great features. Hope it continues to work well because it is our favorite Keurig thus far.
I like the new style of the machine and the auto shut off feature. Do not like fact that it won’t accommodate my large yeti travel cup. Wouldn’t have purchased if I knew ahead of time.
I bought my original K-Supreme in January and it stopped working 5 months later. I called customer service and they immediately sent out my replacement
I bought my K-Supreme and it stopped working. I went on line tried any suggestions given and then called when nothing worked. The representative was polite. She had me try a couple of things to fix my K-Supreme and no luck. She immediately set up a replacement to be delivered within a couple of days. Great service!
