Looks and brew very nicely. Large water reservoir is great. My first one only lasted 4 months, would not power back on after descaling. Very disappointing However I was mailed a replacement within 10 days, so I'm hoping this one has a longer lifespan.
Had this keurig for just under a year. It wouldn’t power on. While disappointed in the short product life, I’m super happy with Keurig’s customer service. After a few short questions, a new coffee maker was sent and received 3 days later. Thank you!!!!
Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. My kcup unit stopped working. Tech support walked me thru some remedies with no success. They instantly started the replacement process.
I had received a New Keurig for Christmas, from my son. I didn't start using it until May 2021. Something happened and nothing was working on the coffee maker. Keurig was very nice and king enough they shipped me a brand new system. That was the best service that I've gotten from anyone. Thank you Keurig. I will continue to buy your coffee makes as long as you make them.
