Wish I could rate it better. I'm worried about longevity. Has the best features of any Keurig I've owned (3 so far). Can change the heat, volume and strength. Down side is the "Descale" procedure broke the machine. Descale lights up on the indicator about 6 months after first use (that's my guess). Instructions procedure was a little vague, you tube had a good tutorial. My guess is that it the unit gets too hot during the rinse period and overheats the machine. A 5 minute pause period between rinse may cure this. As I recall, the button pushed to rinse needed about three separate pushes. Each push flushes about 14oz. of water. Give me a call Keurig if you want me to test this theory.. Anyway, good news was they sent a replacement right away. Worried about what will happen in 6 months when it's time for another descale.
I bought the K-Supreme Plus thinking this is the best, but when it totally died on me within 6 months, I was so upset. But then a friend told me to contact Keurig and let them know, So I did this and was totally amazed at what great customer services they have and to top that I called on a Friday and the next day Her sits at my front door a brand new coffee maker I was totally shocked. This company deserves That five star rating on all levels.
This was a warranty replacement for a failed Keurig K Supreme that I had only had a few months, and then would not turn on. The new unit arrived, and after only a few cups of coffee also failed to turn on. It then turned on later in the day, but again after only a few cups of coffee, already says to Descale. There is no way I'm doing that as that's what caused the permanent failure with the original K unit. I'm fully expecting this unit to also fail at which time I will probably buy an older model of Keurig. If you check comments on the web about the K unit you will see that power failure is common.
I have had Keurig’s forever. They are perfect for me. One thing I do’t like is that it splatter a bit on my countertop while brewing. I wish that could be remedied. This is a warranty replacement. My last one stopped working after 7 months. The customer service was great to honor the warranty. I will keep my fingers crossed that my machine continues to produce great coffee!
I bought the Keurig kcup coffee maker about 8 months ago. Makes great coffee. 2 weeks ago it quit working. I called Keurig customer service and after describing the problem they said it would be replaced. A new Keurig was delivered to me in 3 days.
