My original Keurig didn’t want to work one day. I tried everything the material for troubleshooting told me to do and then called Keurig. They took my information and within a week I had a brand new one. N/C. Of course it was still under warranty, but they were the nicest people.
Bought my K Supreme in February 2021. Descale would not clear after trying all options listed and would not brew correctly either. Called and got help immediately. Had my keurig registered and it was replaced quickly and received it a week later. Thank you!
I have been using Keurig machines for my coffee brewing for more years than I can remember. They just keep getting better and better at it. This machine is the best yet. The brewing options of the K-Supreme Plus are amazing....and they work. My wife and I can each have our brews exactly how we like them (and they are very different).
I love the Keurig was replaced and once the appropriate department reached back to me it was resolved immediately. However it took over 3 phone calls for over a week for someone to finally get back to me to replace it.
