I bought my K-Supreme and it stopped working. I went on line tried any suggestions given and then called when nothing worked. The representative was polite. She had me try a couple of things to fix my K-Supreme and no luck. She immediately set up a replacement to be delivered within a couple of days. Great service!
Have had several Keurigs over the years, this one does make the best tasting coffee with the multi-jet technology. Short cups just need a stand to reduce splatter-they should have thought of that. Had an issue, Warranty covered it, very happy with this purchase
I bought my K-supreme Plus Single Serve coffee maker last December and it stopped working this last month. I have a hunch it was because while it was brewing I removed the water tank to refill it. I called and the person I spoke to was very helpful and we went through the possible fixes but to no avail. So they sent me a new one within a week.

I just bought this Keurig machine and it is phenomenal. It is a quiet machine which works well for me as I really don't like noisy machines. It makes very good coffee and I recently bought some Lavazza coffee pods which literally send me to cloud 9!
I have never had such a great coffee machine. The dual function is extremely useful. I love everything about this machine - the quality of the coffee, the speed (it takes less than 2 minutes to warm up & make your coffee), the sound, the look (it is very classy looking and fits perfectly into my apartment style).
This machine is really worth it and the company has EXCELLENT service.
