We had issues with our K Supreme, contacted the company. They were responsive, quick to make a decision about warranty coverage. Sent a new machine within two days and had great communication.
I am great full to Kurig for their help and support helping me with my coffee maker, the guaranty did expired even dough they replaced my defective unit, I thanks them so much
Purchased my product couple months ago. Had an issue with brewing and Customer Service was excellent in taking me thru corrective steps that did not correct the issue so they shipped me a new unit. I highly recommend Keurig!!
I purchased this in April and had an issue with mine, it stopped working. I called Keurig and they walked me through the process and determined that it was defective. They sent me a brand new one within days! I’m very happy with my K- Supreme coffee maker and Keurig’s great service!
I love, love this coffee maker. It is the third Keurig I have purchased. However, it had to be replaced, free of charge, when the one I had bought in May stopped working in July. Keurig Help was responsive in troubleshooting and replacing the defective one I had purchased. Hopefully there will be smooth sailing now. Anyway, I love the large water receptical, the ability to program it for different tastes, the compact design. Sure hope this one lasts!
Relatively new machine. Descale light came on. We descaled. Descale light stayed on. I called to ask how to remove the descale indicator. Their process did not remove the light. They sent me a new machine overnight with a return label. So easy. Great service!!!!
We have used KEURIG coffeemakers for many years. We bought our newest one in October 2020 & love it! Earlier this month, as we were descaling it, per directions the pot died. We didn't know why, but called KEURIG's customer service number, spoke to the nicest representative & within 4-5 days had our brand new coffee maker. The customer service & integrity of KEURIG is unsurpassed by anyone we have come into contact with in many years!
