I had received a New Keurig for Christmas, from my son. I didn't start using it until May 2021. Something happened and nothing was working on the coffee maker. Keurig was very nice and king enough they shipped me a brand new system. That was the best service that I've gotten from anyone. Thank you Keurig. I will continue to buy your coffee makes as long as you make them.

Disappointment

This machine only lasted seven months. Big disappointment!
My Keurig quit working and after calling customer support and confirming the unit had quit working I was sent a replacement. Received it in a week. Great support!
We purchased this in March and it totally stopped working in July. We really like the K-Supreme Plus size and it has great features. Hope it continues to work well because it is our favorite Keurig thus far.
I like the new style of the machine and the auto shut off feature. Do not like fact that it won’t accommodate my large yeti travel cup. Wouldn’t have purchased if I knew ahead of time.
I bought my original K-Supreme in January and it stopped working 5 months later. I called customer service and they immediately sent out my replacement
