Keruig makes an outstanding cup of coffee and when I had a problem, I contacted Keruig and they got the issue resolved. It does not much better than having an very outstanding cup of coffee and a manufacturer who believes in and supports their product.

I bought in April and had a problem in July. Keurig replaced within a couple days without a hassle. So glad they did because I love this upgraded version. The slim design and improved water reservoir is just another plus.
